# BikeMedford

> BikeMedford is a community advocacy site for safe, connected bike and pedestrian infrastructure in Medford, Oregon. Its main focus is the Main Street protected bike lane, which the Medford City Council voted to remove in January 2026 and later replaced with the "Option 2A" design (angled parking and a painted, non-protected bike lane). The site tracks council decisions, documents public comment, and helps residents take action.
