Report a Bike Lane Hazard
Bike lanes only work when they are usable. Glass, gravel, potholes, faded paint, missing signs, and clogged drains push riders into traffic. The city will not fix what it does not know about.
Report online
The City of Medford has one portal for street, traffic, sidewalk, and drainage issues:
medfordoregon.gov: Solve a Problem
Report by phone
- 541-774-2600 — Public Works Operations, 24/7. Use this for an active hazard blocking the lane right now.
- 541-774-2016 — Streets, traffic, lights, storm drain, sewer, ADA, and sidewalks.
- 541-774-2100 — Public Works main line, weekdays 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
